Lawn Maintenance

Lawn maintenance is provided throughout the year. Regular service for weekly and biweekly maintenance starts in March and goes through November. This service includes mowing, trimming around lawn edges and walkways, trees and landscaping, fence lines, walls and foundation lines, and final cleanup. When we are done cutting and trimming we make sure there are no stray clippings on the walkways, driveways and patio areas.

Landscaping

Looking to make your lawn stand out? We can help! Our staff will come out and work with you one-on-one to help your vision become a reality. Our landscaping services range from planting bushes, shrubs, sod repair/replacement to re-mulching and planting new flowers to building custom retaining walls.

Bed & Bush

We understand that pulling weeds and trimming bushes may not rank very high on your “things I’d like to do” list so we are happy to let you know we can do that for you. We’ll gladly come out and pull the weeds and trim or remove bushes and shrubs so you don’t have to.

Fertilizing and Weed control

Beginning each spring season we offer weed treatment, pre-emergent treatment and fertilizing to help create as green and weed-free a lawn as we can.

1 Early Spring (January) Liquid application of a Pre-emergent and broadleaf weed control. The purpose of this application is to control spring grasses and broadleaf weeds.

2 Spring (Early-Mid March) Liquid application of a Pre-emergent and broadleaf weed control. The purpose of this application is to control summer grasses and broadleaf weeds.

3 Late Spring (Late April) Balanced application of granular heavy-rate, slow release fertilizer with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Spot treat weeds

4 Early Summer (Early June) Balanced application of granular heavy-rate, slow release fertilizer with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Spot treat weeds

5 Summer (Mid July) Balanced application of granular heavy-rate, slow release fertilizer with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Spot treat weeds

6 Summer (Late August) Balanced application of granular heavy-rate, slow release fertilizer with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Spot treat weeds

7 Early Fall (September) Liquid application of a Pre-emergent and broadleaf weed control with a slow release fertilizer, including Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium.
The purpose of this application is to control cool weather grasses & broadleaf weeds.

8 Fall (October) Liquid application of a Pre emergent and broadleaf weed control with a slow release fertilizer, including Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium. The purpose of this application is to control cool weather grasses & broadleaf weeds.
